T5 Hardness Tinplate Sheets

T5 hardness tinplate is a high hardness grade among tin-plated thin steel sheets, with a tempering code of T5, a Rockwell hardness value (HR30T) between 62-68, and a tensile strength of about 450MPa. It is strengthened through a single cold rolling process and has excellent anti-warping ability and structural rigidity. It is particularly suitable for large tanks, high internal pressure containers, and packaging scenarios that require extremely high corrosion resistance, such as large tank bodies, tank covers, and industrial containers with strict rigidity requirements. The surface tin plating provides long-term corrosion protection to ensure food-grade safety, and is widely used in metal packaging fields in the food, chemical, pressure vessel and other industries.
