T4 Hardness Tinplate Sheets

T4 hardness tinplate is a tin-plated thin steel plate with a higher hardness level. The tempering code is T4, the Rockwell hardness value (HR30T) is between 58-64, and the tensile strength is about 415MPa. After a cold rolling process, it has good formability and high rigidity. It is suitable for cans and structural parts that require greater toughness, such as cans, bottom covers and shallow punch cans with high rigidity requirements. The surface tin plating provides excellent corrosion protection, ensuring food grade safety, and is widely used in metal packaging fields in food, beverage, chemical and other industries.
