Hot-rolled carbon steel plates are made by rolling carbon steel billets after high temperature heating. The carbon content is generally less than 2.11%, and contains a small amount of alloy elements. It is an important category of industrial basic materials. Compared with cold-rolled plates, its surface accuracy is lower but the price is more economical.
