DC01~DC07 Carbon Steel Cold Rolled Coil

DC01~DC07 carbon steel cold rolled coils are low carbon steel series (carbon content ≤0.12%) of European EN 10130 standard, with a thickness of 0.3~3.0mm. They are made by cold rolling, annealing and surface treatment, with high dimensional accuracy (±0.05mm) and smooth surface (Ra≤0.9μm). DC01 is the basic forming grade, DC03/DC04 is suitable for medium stamping parts, DC05/DC06 is the deep drawing grade (automotive cover parts), and DC07 (partial standard) is the ultra-deep drawing grade with the best ductility. The full series has a yield strength of 180~300MPa, combining lightweight and forming flexibility. It is widely used in automobiles, home appliances, construction and hardware manufacturing, and is the core material of high-precision stamping technology.
