CR1CR2CR3CR4 Carbon Steel Cold Rolled Coil

CR1/CR2/CR3/CR4 carbon steel cold rolled coils are graded according to the forming performance (CR1 general forming to CR4 deep drawing) based on ISO 3574 standard, with a thickness of 0.3~3.0mm and a carbon content of ≤0.15%. CR1 is suitable for simple structural parts, CR2/CR3 meets medium stamping needs (such as home appliance housings), and CR4 has the best ductility and is suitable for complex parts such as automotive covers. The entire series is annealed, with a yield strength of 180~340MPa and a smooth surface (Ra≤0.7μm). It has both high precision (tolerance ±0.03mm) and economy, and is widely used in automobile, hardware, construction and home appliance manufacturing. It is an internationally common lightweight stamping substrate.
