2205 2507 Duplex Stainless Steel Coil

Both 2205 and 2507 stainless steel coils are duplex stainless steel materials with excellent corrosion resistance and high strength. 2205 stainless steel coils are composed of about 22% chromium, 2.5% molybdenum, 4.5% to 6.5% nickel and nitrogen. They have high yield strength and strong resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. They are suitable for oil and gas, chemical industry, marine engineering and food processing. 2507 stainless steel coils contain 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum and nitrogen. They have better corrosion resistance, especially in chloride environments. They are widely used in harsh environments such as marine engineering, chemical industry, and petrochemical industry. Both have high strength and good corrosion resistance due to their unique duplex structure.
