A36 Hot Rolled Steel Round Bar

A36 hot-rolled round steel is a low-carbon steel with a carbon content of no more than 0.25%. It has good weldability, machinability and toughness. Its yield strength is not less than 250MPa, its tensile strength is between 400-550MPa, its elongation is usually greater than or equal to 20%, and it has good impact toughness. The steel is manufactured through hot rolling process, which includes raw material preparation, steelmaking, continuous casting, hot rolling, cooling and cutting. The hot rolling process improves the internal structure of the material, and improves its mechanical properties and surface quality.
