T2 Hardness Tinplate Sheets

T2 hardness tinplate is a medium hardness tin-plated thin steel plate, with a tempering code of T2, a Rockwell hardness value (HR30T) between 50-60, and a tensile strength of about 350MPa. It has undergone a cold rolling process, taking into account both formability and strength, and is suitable for medium-degree deep-drawing cans, such as small cans, can lids, and packaging containers that require a certain degree of rigidity. The surface tin plating provides excellent corrosion protection, ensuring food-grade safety, and is widely used in the metal packaging field of food, beverage, chemical and other industries.
