T1 Hardness Tinplate Sheets

T1 hardness tinplate is a low-hardness tin-plated thin steel plate with a tempering code of T1, a Rockwell hardness value (HR30T) between 46-52, and a tensile strength of about 330MPa. After a single cold rolling process, it has good ductility and deep drawing performance, and is particularly suitable for cans that require complex forming or extremely demanding deep drawing processing, such as small square cans, oval cans or special-shaped containers. The tin-plated layer on the surface of the material provides excellent corrosion protection, ensuring food-grade safety, and is widely used in food packaging, chemical containers, and high-end industrial fields that require thin plate processing and forming.
