SPCC SPCD SPCE Carbon Steel Sheet

SPCC, SPCD, and SPCE are Japanese standard (JIS G 3141) cold-rolled carbon steel plates, graded according to stamping performance. SPCC is commercial grade with moderate strength, suitable for general forming and simple bending, such as brackets and shells; SPCD is stamping grade with better ductility and can process medium-complex parts, such as electrical panels; SPCE is deep drawing grade with excellent plasticity and uniform elongation (≥36%), specially used for complex deep drawing forming such as automobile fuel tanks and precision structural parts. All three are annealed, with smooth surface, taking into account both weldability and coating performance. The cost increases with the grade, adapting to different process requirements.
